To provide support to stores on security issues by prescribed policies and procedures. Reporting serious incidents to the store leadership & Retail security team. Liaising with Law Enforcement as and when we require support

HBC Job Openings 2023 – Responsibilities

- Following our business code and always acting with integrity and due diligence

- Understands business needs and Organization process

- Strong email writing skills, quickly respond to the group leadership

- Capability to prepare reporting mechanisms and explore options to simplify operations

- Efficiency to communicate with emergency services in North America & Canada at all times

- Accurately report incidents according to the relevant crime types with Empathy towards colleagues

- Confident individual by being able to make quick decisions at the right time without impacting the business

- Ability to manage and drive the shift performance along with individual responsibilities

- Being knowledgeable and approached by team members for support during shifts

- Monitoring live store cameras and providing advisory actions

- Uses process expertise to solve complex issues by working with the relevant teams/ colleagues/ vendors etc

- Key People and teams, you work with within the business

- Store and Retail colleagues

- The retail Security team and other business support teams

- Internal support teams like IT, Helpdesk, etc.

- External Vendors, facilitators (Avigilon, TYCO)

- Law enforcement agencies & Emergency services (PD, Fire rescue)

HBC Recruitment 2023 – Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT, Gmail, etc.)

- Diverse and ability to multi-task

- Possess analytical skills to plan the shift and mitigate any undue vulnerability for operations

- Strong decision-making skill

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Strong knowledge of security systems (Avigilon, Tyco, Access systems, etc.)
